Elegant Hi Card

Here is another card I did for a challenge. We were given the picture shown to help inspire us.

3/8" Taffeta Ribbon - Whisper White

Misc. - Blender Pens, Paper piercer, Dimensionals

I don't know if you can tell or not from the photo, but I spritzed the flowers & butterflies with the Smooch Spritz to give it a shimmer. I also spritzed the ribbon to help give it a pop!
